Meet The GHS Band Director

Mr. Bill Pirzer
The 2010-2011 school year is Mr. Pirzer's 5th year at Gainesville High School.  Originally from Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Mr. Pirzer graduated from the University of Florida in December of 2001.  Mr. Pirzer was the Director of Bands at North Marion High School from March of 2002 until November of 2006.  Mr. Pirzer also served as Director of Bands at Williston High School before coming to GHS.  Mr. Pirzer is also serving as the FBA District 4 Chairperson for 2009 and 2010.
